Order Fulfilment and Shipping Process
In order to provide our customers with the best and cheapest shipping options, we are currently working with our developer to integrate real time shipping costs from our preferred carriers directly to your cart. Until the program is fully integrated, the order/shipping process is as follows:
Orders for local pickup in the Ottawa and Kemptville area:
Please choose “free local pickup” as your shipping option and “payment for local pickup orders” (e-transfer) or “payment by invoice” (for credit card or bank payments) at checkout. You will be sent payment instructions by email automatically as part of your order confirmation. Once payment is complete and your order is ready, we will contact you to schedule a pickup time and location.
We strive to have your order prepared and ready for pickup within 1 day (unless otherwise noted on the product page), but please allow 2-4 days for your order to be processed.
Orders for shipping
Please choose “shipping” as your shipping option and “payment by invoice” at checkout. Within 48-72 hours of your order being placed, we will pull your items from our inventory and pack them in the smallest packaging option possible. We calculate the real time shipping cost for your order and send you an email with shipping options and costs. Once you choose your preferred shipping method, we will forward you an invoice with your order total plus shipping costs. You will be able to pay by e-transfer (Canadian bank accounts only), or through PayPal. Once we receive your payment, we will deliver your package to the chosen postage carrier for shipment.
