Shipping and Local Pickup

We currently ship to Canada and the United States. For international orders, please contact us directly.
               Please read about our current order fulfilment and shipping process here.
Orders shipped to the United States may be subjected to duties, customs, or taxes when the item arrives at its destination.  These charges are not included in your shipping cost and Synergy K9 Solutions is not responsible for these fees. 
We will provide you with an estimated delivery time based on your chosen shipping method, however there may be delivery delays due to interruptions (weather, major events, etc) or higher than normal volumes (seasonality, etc). 
               We strive to have your order prepared and ready for shipping within 1 day (unless otherwise noted on the product page), but please allow                    2-4 days for your order to be processed in addition to shipping time.
Synergy K9 Solutions will not be held responsible for shipments that are lost in transit or stolen at their final destination.
               If there is a delivery issue with your package, check your tracking number (if you have one) and contact the shipping company.  If you                    selected a shipping method that included extra insurance, please contact the shipping company directly to make a claim.
We offer free local pickup in the Ottawa and Kemptville area.  If you prefer this method, please choose “local pickup” at checkout and we will contact you once your order is ready to schedule a pickup time and location.

Return/Exchange Policy

All items are final sale – due to the nature of our products, we will not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
We will repair/replace items if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing, if it occurs within the first 30 days of purchase.
               Items shall be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Synergy K9 Solutions.
               Please contact us at sales@synergyk9solutions prior to returning items for repair/replacement.
Shipping for repair/replacement will be handled as follows:
               Canada – Shipping cost for items for repair/replacement will be at our expense at regular parcel mail rates. A faster shipping service will be                    at the Purchaser’s expense. 
               Outside of Canada – Shipping cost for items for repair/replacement will be at the Purchaser’s expense to and from Synergy K9 Solutions. 
For ALL returns: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not replace an item that is lost during shipping.
