K9 Nose Work® (Scent Work) Classes
We currently offer all levels of K9 Nose Work® classes and private lessons in the Kemptville, Ontario area and in Cold Lake, Alberta.

Our Kemptville instructor is a CNWI (Certified Nose Work Instructor) with NACSW® (National Association of Canine Scent Work®). Our Cold Lake instructor is an ANWI (Associate Nose Work Instructor), working to complete the certification program for CNWI (Certified Nose Work Instructor) with NACSW®. Graduates of the certification program will have dedicated at least 1-2 years (on average) to the study of K9 Nose Work, attending courses and lectures, and logging many hours of training and teaching. All Certified Nose Work Instructors are required to demonstrate the skills necessary to train a dog and handle it in competition, as well as the ability to teach other dogs and handlers the activity and sport of K9 Nose Work from beginning level to advanced.
Our instructors have many years experience teaching Nose Work, and our own personal dogs compete (and succeed) in multiple Nose Work/Scent Work venues in both Canada and the USA.
We have current and former students that have earned their SD-MACH and SD-ELT with SDDA, and many others competing in all levels of SDDA, CKC, PSD and NACSW®.
